To assist delegates looking for a place to stay, AHAD-AP has partnered with Montien Hotel, to offer rooms at a subsidized rate for the ASM delegates.
There are two type of accommodation that is offered within the same area.

- This is applicable for the ASM delegates only.
- Booking and payment to be done by self.
- Booking and confirmation by the hotel to be done on a first come first basis

- Per room per night based on Single/Twin occupancy.
- Quoted in (THB) Thai baht.
- Rates are inclusive of 7% VAT & 10% Service charge.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
- Early check-in (after 08:00) or late check-out (before 18:00) will be charged 50% of the above rate.
- Early check-in (before 08:00) or late check-out (after 18:00) will be charged 100% of the above rate.
Individual reservations can be made by using private code as “AHAD23” on hotel’s booking link provided for the stay period of 12th – 16th September 2023.
