REGISTRATION, TRAVEL AND ACCOMODATION
*Travel and accommodation grant is available to paid members who registers before 31st August
2023.
The registration fee includes:
- Access to all sessions
- Entrance to the exhibition and poster area
- Electronic access to final program
- Daily coffee breaks
- Daily lunch
- E-Certificate of attendance (by request)

Terms and conditions for Workshops
- Eligible only for paid members of AHAD-AP.
- Only by Invitations.
- Selected participants will receive a formal invitation from AHAD-AP by 15th July 2023.
- Accommodation grants for workshop participants
- Two-night stay on 12th and 13th September.
- Arrangements will be done by AHAD-AP
- To make their own arrangement on 14th and 15th September for the ASM 2023. Partial support available if needed. For details, can refer to the T&C on ASM 2023.
- Travel grant for workshop participants:
- The travel grant is available as a fixed amount which will be reimbursed in cheque on site. More details on reimbursement will be available soon.
- Booking to be done by the participants on their own.
- The details of the travel grant will be informed to the selected participants.
Terms and conditions for Annual Scientific
Travel and accommodation Grant (Available only for those who registers before 31st August 2023)
- Applicable for those who have a paid membership, on request.
- All requests are subjected to review and confirmation by AHAD-AP.
- Travel Grant for ASM delegates
- The travel grant is available as a fixed amount which will be reimbursed in cheque on site. More details on reimbursement will be available soon.
- Travel arrangements to be done by the delegates on their own.

- Accommodation Grant:
- The accommodation grant is available as a fixed amount which will be reimbursed in cheque on site.
- Arrangement of stay to be done by the delegates on their own.
- Please see the below table to check the accommodation grant.
- Must show the proof of membership registration from AHAD-AP.
Terms and Conditions- Speakers- Workshops and ASM 2023
- Applicable for paid members and those invited by AHAD-AP.
- Accommodation up to two nights will be arranged by AHAD-AP.
- Travel grant for the speakers of the workshops and ASM 2023.
- The travel grant is available as a fixed amount which will be reimbursed in cheque on site. More details on reimbursement will be available soon.
- Travel arrangements to be done by the speakers on their own.
- If he/she is speaker for the workshop and not for the ASM, one will need to arrange the accommodation on their own with partial support from AHAD-AP. Can refer to the T&C for the ASM 2023.
The Reimbursement will be done on site by issuing a cheque.
