*Travel and accommodation grant is available to paid members who register by 5th August, 2024.

The registration fee includes:

  • Access to all sessions
  • Entrance to the exhibition and poster area
  • Electronic access to final program
  • Daily coffee breaks
  • Daily lunch
  • E-Certificate of attendance (by request)

Terms and conditions for Workshops

  1. By invitation only.
  2. Eligible only for paid members of AHAD-AP.
  3. Selected participants will receive a formal invitation from AHAD-AP by 30th June 2024
    4. CCH Workshop
    (5th September, 2024)     		MSK and Lab Workshop (6th & 7th September, 2024)
    Accommodation Grant - One night support on 4th September 2024.
    - Arrangements will be done by AHAD-AP
    - To make their own arrangement from 5th September for the ASM 2024. Partial accommodation support is available if needed. For details, can refer to the T&C on ASM 2024- Delegates.
    		 - Two-three nights support from 5th September
    - Arrangements will be done by AHAD-AP
    Travel Grant - The travel grant is available as a fixed amount which will be reimbursed after the meeting. More details will be shared from the reimbursement desk (Finance@ahadap.org).
    - Booking to be done by the participants on their own.
    - Please refer to the below table to check the travel grant amount.

  1. Applicable for those who have a paid membership,on request.
  2. All requests are subjected to review and confirmation by AHAD-AP.
  3. Travel Grant for ASM delegates
    • The travel grant is available as a fixed amount which will be reimbursed after the meeting. More details will be shared from the reimbursement desk (Finance@ahadap.org).
    • Travel arrangements to be done by the delegates on their own.
    • Please refer to the below table to check the travel grant amount.
  4. Accommodation Grant:
    • The accommodation grant is available as a fixed amount of 50 USD per night , for upto three nights.
    • Arrangement of stay to be done by the delegates on their own.
    • A list of hotels will be available on the website soon.
  5. Must show the proof of membership registration from AHAD-AP (Membership ID number)

  1. Applicable for paid members and those invited by AHAD-AP.
  2. Accommodation up to three nights will be arranged by AHAD-AP.
  3. Travel grant for the speakers of the workshops and ASM 2024.
    • The travel grant is available as a fixed amount which will be reimbursed after the meeting. More details will be shared from the reimbursement desk (Finance@ahadap.org).
    • Travel arrangements to be done by the speakers on their own.

The following ADDITIONAL Support is available for all abstracts selected either for the Oral Presentation or Poster Display during the Annual Meeting.
Abstracts from AP country/region/territory (Applicable for AHAD-AP members only) Abstracts from India
AHAD-AP will provide an additional amount of USD 100, which will be added to the final travel and accommodation reimbursement. IAHAD will provide Travel and accommodation support.
