2024 April 29: Alok Srivastava: ISTH 2024 Esteemed Career Award

We are happy to share about the recipients of the 2024 ISTH Esteemed Career Awards. This award is presented every year to five leaders by the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH), whose career contributions have significantly advanced the scientific community’s understanding or treatment of diseases and disorders that affect hemostasis. Their career-long accomplishments are internationally regarded as exemplary models of research and mentoring excellence.

Dr. Alok Srivastava is as one of the recipients of the ISTH 2024 Esteemed Career Award.

Dr. Alok Srivastava is Senior Professor in the Department of Haematology, and head of the Centre for Stem Cell Research, a unit of inStem, Bengaluru, at the Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore in India.

He is currently the chair of the steering committee of the Association for Haemophilia and Allied Disorders, Asia-Pacific.
