AHAD-AP organized a Haemophilia Care and Laboratory’s Role (Lab) workshop on 06th and 07th September 2024, hosted by Department of Clinical Haematology, St. John’s Medical College Hospital, Bengaluru. This took place alongside the 4th Annual Scientific Meeting on the 07th and 08th September at the same venue.

The aim for the workshop was to enhance competency in identification of inhibitors and monitoring of treatment for haemophilia. The target audience are pathologist and laboratory technician involved in the care of haemophilia from across the Asia Pacific region.

The workshop was attended by 19 Health Care Professionals. The 19 HCPs were from 8 countries/regions/territories from the Asia Pacific. There were 11 Laboratory Technologists, 4 Haematologists, 3 Pathologists and 1 Transfusion Medicine Specialist.
